About
Ananda Monet is a London-based vocalist whose cinematic devotional music draws on the Bhakti tradition she has practiced since childhood. Her albums — including 'Inevitable Time', which sets episodes from the Mahabharata to sweeping orchestral arrangements — bring a dramatic, story-driven sensibility to sacred song, sung in Sanskrit, Bengali, and English.
She has collaborated with artists across the international kirtan community, including Jahnavi Harrison on 'Draupadi: Born of Fire', and performs at concerts, retreats, and wellbeing gatherings in the UK and internationally.
