What Kirtans.com is

Kirtans.com is an independently run directory and learning resource for the Kirtan and Bhakti community: a mantra library, an artist directory, event listings, and educational articles. It is free to browse and does not require an account.

Using the site

• You may browse, share links to, and print our practice materials for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not scrape the site at scale, misrepresent its content as your own, use it to send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Our content

The mantras and spiritual traditions featured here belong to the traditions they come from — no one owns a mantra. The original editorial content on this site (articles, guides, descriptions, and the way the directory is curated and organized) is ours. Artist photos, album art, and videos remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify and link to the artists' official work.

If you are a rights holder and believe something is used here improperly, email connect@kirtans.com and we'll address it promptly.

Submissions

When you submit an event, an artist listing request, or other content through our forms:

• You confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• You grant us permission to display it on Kirtans.com, edit it for clarity and formatting, or decline to publish it. Listings are reviewed before they appear.
• We may remove any listing at any time — for example if it becomes outdated or inaccurate.

Third-party links and embeds

The site links out extensively — to artists' official websites, streaming platforms, ticketing pages, and venues — and embeds YouTube videos. We verify links when we add them, but we don't control external sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Event details (dates, times, prices) can change; always confirm with the organizer or venue before traveling.

Content on Kirtans.com is educational and devotional in nature. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate and the site online, but we can't guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirtans.com and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Future paid features

If we introduce paid features in the future, additional terms will apply to them and will be presented before you pay. Payments would be processed by Stripe.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
