Edo & Jo

Edo & Jo were acclaimed Australian singer-songwriters and mantra musicians whose music blends Eastern mantra with Western pop into a sound both soothing and uplifting. From 2008 to 2015 they toured extensively across Australia, South-East Asia, India, and America, co-headlining Australia's major yoga festivals including Byron Spirit Festival and Bali Spirit Festival, and holding a monthly residency at the Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali. Their debut album 'Kirtan Alive' (2012) became one of Australia's best-selling kirtan records, followed by 'Bliss' and 'Chakra Meditation'. Edo Kahn is an APRA award-winning songwriter previously signed to Virgin/EMI; Jo Mall Kahn was a classically trained singer-songwriter and yoga teacher. Together they founded the A Sound Life charity, bringing free music, yoga, and meditation to people facing hardship. Jo passed away in September 2015, and her voice and legacy continue to resonate through their recordings and the charity's ongoing work.
