Prajna Vieira

Prajna Vieira is a Brazilian-American kirtan singer and mantra teacher raised in a family of yogis, whose voice has been part of the California Bay Area bhakti scene for over two decades. As lead singer of the band Mukti she recorded acclaimed devotional albums with producer Ben Leinbach, and she has lent her voice to recordings and stages alongside artists such as Jai Uttal. Beyond performance, she is a dedicated teacher of Sanskrit chant and mantra, leading kirtan trainings, workshops, and regular community sings that emphasize the meeting of precise tradition and open-hearted devotion.
