Visvambhar "Vish" Sheth grew up in the Vaishnava bhakti community of Alachua, Florida, steeped in kirtan and mridanga drumming from childhood. He is the lead singer of The Mayapuris and a member of The Hanumen, and his solo kirtans — powerful, rhythmic, and deeply rooted in tradition — have made him one of the most compelling voices of the American-born kirtan generation.
