सोऽहम्

So Ham

So Ham

""I am That" — the natural mantra of the breath"

Full Translation

So Ham means 'I am That' — the recognition that the individual self and the universal consciousness are one. 'So' rides the inhale, 'Ham' the exhale, so the mantra is said to be silently repeated by the breath itself.

Pronunciation Tips

soh HAHM (soh on the inhale, hahm on the exhale)
