Full Translation

Also called the Siri Gaitri Mantra, this is an eight-sound healing mantra. Each syllable carries a meaning: Ra (the sun), Ma (the moon), Da (the earth), Sa (infinity), Sa Say (the totality of infinity), So (a personal sense of merger), and Hung (the infinite, vibrating reality). Together "So Hung" affirms "I am Thou" — the union of the individual with the infinite.
